2. Service Description
ama.tools provides Amazon Books market research and analytics, including keyword analytics, category analytics, competition analysis, autosuggest research, book analytics, opportunity signals, and browser extension functionality.
3. No Business Guarantee
The Service provides analytical information only and does not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, rankings, publishing success, or business outcomes.
4. Accounts
Access requires an email address. Authentication uses one-time verification codes sent by email. Users are responsible for activity under their account.
5. Free and Premium Plans
The Service may provide Free plans with usage limits and Premium plans with additional functionality.
6. Payments and Refunds
Premium subscriptions may be purchased using supported payment methods, including cryptocurrency payments. Refund requests may be submitted within seven calendar days from purchase to support@ama.tools.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not reverse engineer the Service, bypass limitations, abuse infrastructure, share accounts, scrape private data, or interfere with Service operation.
8. Suspension and Termination
ama.tools may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, interfaces, algorithms, and analytics provided through the Service remain the property of ama.tools.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. ama.tools shall not be liable for lost profits, business losses, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or consequential damages.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use may require accepting the latest version.
